Coordinated vulnerability disclosure in English

Hackers may discover (in an ethically responsible manner) and report vulnerabilities in our IT-security. Should you discover a vulnerability, we would like to hear from you, in order to take steps to address the issue as soon as possible. This helps us learn and avoid damage as a result of malicious action. If you, as an ethical hacker, abide the stated rules, we will not pursue legal action against you regarding your report to us.

What we ask
  • Email your findings to cert@deltion.nl in a safe manner.
  • Do not take advantage of the vulnerability you found.
  • Do not reveal the problem you found to others.
What we promise
  • We will not take legal action against you.
  • We will respond within five workdays.
  • We will handle your report with strict confidentiality.
  • We will keep you informed of the progress towards resolving the problem.
  • At your request we will mention you in our online Hall of Fame.
  • Deltion does not reward trivial vulnerabilities (known and accepted vulnerabilities and risks) or bugs that cannot be abused.

Hall of Fame
Deltion wishes to thank the following people who have contributed to making its network, applications and users more secure. To honor them, individuals who have reported vulnerabilities in accordance with the guidelines in the coordinated vulnerability disclosure policy are included in the Hall of Fame, at their request.
