What we stand for

The development of our students is at the heart of what Deltion College does. We owe our very existence to their dreams. That's why we believe that every young person and every adult who studies with us, has the right to a high-quality education that aligns with labour market demands. Excellent international skills are essential for our students and staff in this respect.

We help build our students' dreams, as well as those of our staff, regional partners and society as a whole.

This is what we are about
We challenge students to be the best they can be. Both on a personal and professional level. That is why we provide a compelling future-proof education, stimulating our students' continuing growth, for life.

Our plans
We aim to be the foremost regional educational centre, now and in the future. Our centre is where employers recruit their future professionals from, and where they send their employees for further education. Students enjoy studying with us, regional partners are keen to work with us, and talented individuals would like to be employed by us. We exclude none, and welcome all.

And it's not just high-quality education we continue to offer. We aim to keep up with both labour market demands and society as a whole. In order to do so, we are in close contact with employers, students and education professionals. We challenge ourselves and experiment with new forms of education.

Our approach to getting things done
How do we achieve our goals? In order to do so, we abide by four principles.

  1. In shaping our education and organisation, we are committed to the way in which our students would like to develop themselves.
  2. We train professionals in close consultation with their industries. That way, we are always in touch with what the labour market needs.
  3. Deltion College is more than just a school. It is an open community where students, staff, and regional partners feel at home.
  4. Quality comes first. Not just the quality of our education, but the quality of our staff, our regional partners, and our bond with the labour market as well.
